Windows 10: how to fix broken bios and blue screen ?

hello, good evening everyone, i recently installed windows 10 on a RV-42_AD1BR notebook and my bios stopped booting, it boots directly into windows. i need to make some adjustments to the bios, i tried to update but it gives the following error:if you call support, please provide this information: stop codeAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA what failed:winflash64.sys i can't update the bios i can't get into the bios and my computer is useless because windows is in an endless loop i need to fix my bios can someone help me ? ***Moved from Portuguese to English section***

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
