Windows 10: How to fix broken start up loading screen on laptop

My Acer Nitro 5 laptop was experiencing the blue sad face screen for a couple of days now, I was playing/on it just fine. But suddenly it did the blue sad face again and it wasn't counting to 100% and not restarting. So I held down the power button for like 10 seconds, then turned it back on. It was turning on but it wasn't going to my pass code screen. It was just on the screen where it said, ACER. Now when I close the top of the laptop and reopen it, it's still on that screen, it doesn't turn off or anything.

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

By broken screen you mean laptops with detachable screen right? I was like 'Why broken screen when you can get a lot of second hand laptops with screens working for possibly same price?'

 

Broken Laptop Hinge, how to fix?

Well my friends were messing around wresting each other and just so happen to fall on my laptop, luckily they didnt kill the thing it still works fine and the screen isnt broken however the right laptop hinge has broken, and i was wondering how to fix it? the hinge doesnt even move at all i cant move it with my finger or tools it seems stuck pretty good and i honestly dont know why, would it be safe to superglue or something else? im afraid if i do that it wont open at all!
