    Installed Windows 10 Taskmgr.exe and have been using it without issue for about 2 years and now I'm suddenly getting this error after a recent update. When I try to launch it with the Taskbar I'm given the error shown in the picture and when I try to launch it with CTRL+Shift+Esc or CTRL+ALT+Del nothing happens. The only way to get it to launch is to manually launch it from the System32 folder as Admin. Reinstalling it does nothing it only goes away if I use the god awful pure trash Microsoft calls the Windows 11 Task Manager.

    I installed the Windows Phone 8 SDK on my 64bit Windows 8 Pro. When I start debugging the it shows "The requested operation requires elevation." How to fix this?
