    what video are you trying to play? do you know what is the extension?

    If you do not know, try installing this little app, just download it and run it, it will install all possible media extensions and will make the media player plays almost all formats and videos.

    Download K-Lite Codec Pack

    I suggest the standard version.

    cannot play .mov on media player

    I have several video that saved as .mov files. I downloaded codec like suggested and windows media player still wont play the videos.. How do I get windows media player to play these videos or any other way to play them.
