Windows 10: How to fix charging issues of my laptop Dell XPS 15 7590, its stuck at 2%?

my laptop charging is stuck at 2%, when i plug in the charger, it shows charging but the percentage wont increase.i am using Dell XPS 15 7590.

I have a Dell XPS 15 7590 with i9-9980HK, GeForce GTX 1650.

1. Is this good enough to play MS Flight Sim 2020?
2. Would I be able to get any real advantage by using an eGPU (RTX 2080 Ti) or is it better to upgrade to a gaming desktop?
3. When the VR support is available with the HP Reverb G2, will my current GPU (GTX 1650) be able to support it?

Any driver that Ive used had exactly same problem, its been happening for past 2 years, installing the latest available driver was an attempt to fix the issue

One thing I see is wrong Realtek driver. You must only use the Dell supplied Realtek for proper operation. Dell downloads list Realtek driver V 6.0.9228.1, A23. MaxxAudio Pro only works, or works properly with the Dell supplied Realtek driver. Support for XPS 15 7590 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US Whether this helps?? but get the correct driver as a start. MaxxAudio Pro is a Windows only app, doesn't work in Linux (and Dell does not offer any Linux driver support).
