Windows 10: How to fix COD HQ app with gamepass? Game crashes and gives error message.

I bought a xbox ultimate game pass to try and play the new cod but I cant launch COD HQ at all. Launches for 3 seconds then gives me a crashed message and an error 0x1 code. I tried uninstalling and doing different commands in PowerShell and command prompt and still cant open it.

Why does Fortnite, COD Warzone, and Apex Legends keep crashing?

I did everything on the list for Fortnite but Fortnite is the game that crashes the least so I can't tell if it worked or not. Apex Legends and COD Warzone crashes the most.

Gamepass PC games not installing

Having an issue installing games on GamePass PC, when I try to install the download gets to 99% then it wont complete and just says error, error code it gives is 0x803fb107. I've tried reinstalling gaming services app, reinstalling the Xbox app and even tried using commands in powershell but nothing is working.
