Windows 10: How to fix? Computer only shows background and blinks every 2 seconds

This happened last night, randomly I was just using my computer as usual and nothing would open so i kept clicking on google because i wanted to watch Youtube but nothing happened a minute later this problem occurs and its still going...I can't send a video I don't think but here are screenshots of whats happening

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi, could somebody help me?
How to fix Graphic Card MSI RX9200SE-T128 ?

I have computer with specs :
Mobo Asus P5s800-vm, Intel LGA 775 2 MHz, HD 40 Gb, VGA & Audio onboard, Memory 512 Mb.
I buy graphic card MSI RX9200SE-T128, and I think I was install it right. But after I use it for about 1,5 year, now my computer when I turn on at the first time the screen goes blank but the screen power indicator/LED blinking. So I uninstall the graphic card, and voila.... that problem never show up again. But I wonder could I fix that hardware by my self. If somebody know how to fix it, please tell me how step by step. Thanks before.*Cry :cry:

Blinking screen issue is usually caused due to Video card drivers.

I suggest you to try updating the Display Adapter drivers check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to update the Display driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.
• Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
• Restart the computer after its updated and verify.

Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest display drivers for your computer and install the same.

If issue still persists, I suggest you to Uninstall and reinstall the Display driver and check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to uninstall the Display driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest display drivers for your computer and install the same.
