Windows 10: How to fix constant beeping from HP Elite desk 800 G2

I'm in school and my hp elitedesk is constantly beeping every few seconds and I have tried unplugging the cord then holding on the power button for 15 seconds then plug in the cord again but it still beeps.

HP elite x2 1012 G2 - APN Settings

I'm trying to hook up my T-Mobile service on my HP elite X2 1012 G2 tablet. T-Mobile is telling me that I need to find MMSC in the APN settings to hook up my service. Can't find MMSC. There not sure where I'm supposed to go. HP doesn't know either, and
can't tell me which carrier this tablet is compatible with other than it should be compatible with T-mobile. Any help would be great. Thanks!
