Windows 10: How to fix constant blue screen error? IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi, I have recently purchased a new laptop and I keep getting a blue screen error IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL which is caused by ntoskrnl.exe failing. This has happened multiple times now and is getting quite frustrating. I'd appreciate if someone could help me find a way to post my DMP file as I cannot see an option to do so. I'm unable to even upload it to OneDrive as my PC states that I need permission from an administrator to access the file, even though I already have an administrator accountSystem information: ASUS TUF Gaming laptopIntel Core i5-11400HRTX 3050 laptop gpu16GB ram

I upgraded to windows 10 over a month ago. Everything has been working fine until recently when I started getting the blue screen of death all the time. The error on the blue screen says IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I never know if my computer is going to let
me do something or if it is going to crash. This all started just within the past week and I'm getting frustrated and worried. I haven't installed any new hardware or software in that time period, but I tried removing a lot of things anyway. Here's the dmp
file if that helps. Any help with this situation would be MOST appreciated. Here is a link to the .dmp file that generated after the most recent crash, please let me know if you need any other info (and how to retrieve that info as I am not a computer expert):
