Windows 10: How to fix "Could not find recovery enviorment" error when attempting to reset windows 11

Im attempting to reset my computer because of recent performance issues while playing games and doing other tasks and when i try to i get a errorI go to recovery->reset this PC->Keep my files and i get this error "Could not find the recovery enviorment . Insert your windows instalation or Recovery media and restart your PC with the media" i have tried looking to see if windows RE was turned off and it was but when i tried to it gave a diffrent error "The windows RE image was not found" Tried to re-locate it and it would still say "The windows RE image was not found" here is the cmd text

Yes, need to clarify .... "reset" is a generic meaningless term.
- Windows recovery ?
- proprietary device recovery (factory default setting) ? (Absolutely NOT recommended if this was the case)
- and/or Windows repair (often confused/interchanged with "recovery" ?

How was this attempted (steps taken) ?
