Windows 10: how to fix D:/windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt

hello,Need someones advice on how to fix the blue screen of death. the code its giving me currently is D:/windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt. I have tried all the repair options as well as all the reset options as far as trying to factory reset the computer and it has been denying all attempts i have made. my second problem is when i try to type my password in to access the command prompt screen to try more stuff it says my password is wrong. im not entirely sure how to figure out what that password is supposed to be. i thought it was my microsoft password but even when i updated

Just got the 'old' System\32\Logfiles\srt\srttrail msg and a crashed Win10 laptop that will not auto repair

I know this is not a new problem, but any solution seems random.
