Windows 10: How to fix default keyboard setting?

Situation: I use several different keyboard layouts – among them in first position a special swiss german layout enhanced with MSKLC; in second position an older version of it; in third position the standard swiss german, in fourth position swiss french, ... , in eleventh position bulgarian, ... and some more in latin and non-latin letters; totally 17 layouts.Problem: after waking up from hybernation the keyboard layout is always set to bulgarian ... why?Question: how to change this so that default keyboard is the first keyboard – here the custom MSKLC modified swiss german layout?

Language/Keyboard default

You can try these steps to set up your preferred defaults:

• Go to Settings and click Time & Language.
• Click Region & Language.
• Click on your default system language then, click Options.
• Click Add a keyboard then choose your preferred keyboard language.
• Remove the other keyboard language by choosing it then click Remove.

Unable to set keyboard language as default differently from Windows 10 language

You can configure your keyboard language by adding it on the default language set on the system. For instructions, follow these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Open Time & language.
• Select Region & language.
• Click on the default language, and click Options.
• Select Add a keyboard, and select the language that you want to add.

Unable to set default browser

• Does this issue happens while you try to set other browser as default too or is it specific to specific browser?

Any browser.

Already did the steps you suggested. It's some kind of bug where it's impossible to set a default browser at all.

I heard elsewhere from one other user that it seems to be a problem with upgrading to 10 on the SP3. Sounds very specifc.
