Hi! I have somewhat of a big problem if I could call it that. So basically, every time when I download something, my laptop just collapses to the ground and sometimes it even restarts.

I have an ASUS Vivobook Pro 14 OLED. It has an AMD Ryzen 5 5800H, which has a built in gpu, an NVIDIA RTX 3050 and 16GB of ram. I run windows 11 PRO on it.

So, again it usually shuts down when I download bigger things, like games, or shuts down after it finished the download and started the game.

Today, the first happened twice while downloading dirt rally 2.0 from steam. The programs freeze for like a good 20-30 seconds, then I get a window from the AMD adrenalin edition driver about it crashing. I downloaded the latest drivers for my cpu from AMD's website again, but it didn't help.

The problem I stated in the question isn't the only I get, so I'll copy them here. I will eagerly wait for any response which can help me!

whats the subsys of your aiw in windows device manager? video card -> tab details
my normal x800 has "PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4A4B&SUBSYS_13D0174B&REV_00\4&B7EB302&0&0008"

 

Windows 10 upgrade from windows 7 and lost network availability - i can get on the internet fine
