Windows 10: How to fix devices & Bluetooth setting crash instantly closes everytime I opened it?!

Hello Microsoft Community,I'm Krteo and I want to ask something about the devices & Bluetooth setting. My problem was every time I tried to open my devices settings it always closed instantly and I'd actually have tried some way to fix my problem but none of them work like:- turning on the bluetooth on services and registry editor- watch yt tutorial- tried to reinstall my setting- and tried a few command on cmd and powershellI hope someone found the solution for this problem and Thank You for helping me!

Settings app crashes and closes instantly

I have an expected problem here. I went to Settings > Personalisation > Colours but every time I click on custom colour, the app crashes for a few seconds and then closes instantly. I don't know what caused this but I really have to get it fixed. Can anyone
give me any solutions?

 

Windows 10, Settings opened then closes Instantly.

Whenever i try i opening settings after i had cloned windows onto my ssd it instantly closes. Do i have to delete the windows that was on my HDD?

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Drive. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Click on View.
• Click on Show Hidden Devices.
• Search for the Bluetooth device.
• Right click on the Bluetooth device and click
  uninstall.
