Windows 10: How to fix directx error

after i download the latest nvidia driver my games keeps crashing all the time and the problem is the directx error is always popping up this didn't happened before and my laptop have the recommendedspecs to play the games i'm playing and this is my laptop specs. please helpProcessor Intel Core i5-12500H 12th GenGPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti with 4 GB GDDR6 VRAMInstalled RAM 8 GB

• What is the exact error you are receiving when your PC crashes?
• Any troubleshooting steps that you have already applied to fix the issue?

For now, we suggest that you install the latest version of DirectX to see if it resolves the issue. Below is the link on how to manually install it.

Directx error

I was also told to run the CMP as administrator.

To fix the error-

1. Try updating DirectX
2. If that doesn’t work uninstall and reinstall it from the official Microsoft website
3. If still the problem exists then go to start and then type cmd
4. Right click on command prompt and then run as admin
5. In command prompt type sfc/scannow

This will check for problems with system files. This should fix the error.

After I end up doing this it says that there were corrupt files and they were successfully repaired. I try to redownload DirectX again and the same error message comes back up. Im getting exhausted with this. I'm going to jusdt try to uninstall directx as
a whole and then reinstall and hopefully that will fix the problem.

I suggest you to check the DirectX Version installed on your system.

Follow the below steps to check the DirectX Version:

• Press Windows key + R from the Desktop.
• Type dxdiag and hit Enter.
• Check the DirectX Version.

Step 2:

I suggest you to update the Graphic driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows + R on the Keyboard.
• Type in devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• Select Graphic driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and click on Update driver Software.

If the issue persists then install the latest graphic driver from the manufacturer and check if it helps.
