Windows 10: How to fix DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION Bug Check 0x133

Hello, My computer has been experiencing many blue screens out of no where just sitting in browser/ playing games/ listening to music. Sometimes it will not blue screen and I will have to force restart. I had an error "Bug Check 0x133 DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" which caused BSOD on win 10 and created a minidump file.
