Windows 10: How to fix driver verifier dma violation when I try to reset my laptop or go in safe mode

My laptop was having problems with wifi it wouldnt connect but other devices would, I've tried fixes for that which didnt work so I tried to reset my laptop and was met with a BSOD "DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION" the screen soon went away and I was able to sign back into my laptop but the wifi issuse still persist and so does the BSOD when I try to go into safe mode or try to reset my laptop. I watched a youtube video and tried everything they said to do, the SFC scan said microsoft didnt find any integrity violations and the dism scan didnt say anything either. I'm unable to go to a restore p

Repair Office in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Office > Advanced Options > Modify > Repair.

HI! There are times that when I open word or excel, my computer will say that my windows insider build ran into a problem. On the bottom, it shows the DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION. What is the main problem with my computer? and how can I fix it?

 

Driver Verifier DMA Violation' error

Network seems to cut off and then I receive 'Driver Verifier DMA Violation' error which shuts down my laptop and it has now done this a handful of times whilst writing important documents.

Is this an issue with the hardware or software?
