Windows 10: how to fix error 0x000014c / windows boot problem

I had the problem with my pc for like 3 days and I can't boot windows from my pc

i tried bootrec/rebuildbcd and bootrec/scanos with 0 identified windows installations and bootrec /fixboot which "Access is denied"

I don't how to boot the pc, when i got into the ssd and hdd it will show up "error 0x000014c , File:\boot\BCD".


And somebody suggested me to reinstall my windows by delete drive partitions and select the drive unallocated space to install but i can't even delete them ,and everytime i try to delete , it will pop up " cannot delete.Error 0x80070032".

Any suggestions will be appreciative.

• From when are you facing blue screen error?
• Have you made any changes (hardware/ software) to the operating system prior to this issue?
• What does the compatibility report says?
• Were you able to see any error message along with this error code?

I would like to inform that the error: 0x000014c might occur due to "Bad or mismatched RAM that was added recently".

If so, I suggest you to remove the added RAM and check if the system boots normally.

Boot Configuration data missing error code:0x000014c

My laptop automatically installed Windows 10 and since then it won't boot up. When turning on the laptop I receive a message that says "the boot configuration data for your pic is missing or contains errors" followed by error code:0x000014c

please can you advise

Error code 0x000014C

Installing Window 10 from W.7. Fails to boot up showing error code 0x000014C. Fille: \Boot\BCD. As W.10 is downloaded from Microsoft I have no disk or USB with Boot configuration data for W.10. What do I do now?
