Windows 10: How to fix error 0x8000ffff for 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for...

I am trying to update my laptop to this current update, 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5019959 and when I try to update it, it will get to the end and a error code will pop up 0x8000ffff I have tried to use windows update troubleshoot but it just tells me to restart and nothing changes. Can someone please help

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.
