Windows 10: How to fix error "-1073741819"?

Good day! I have broblem. I get code "-1073741819" after call UAC.Who know how to fix it? And i have trouble with upload screenshot

File system error (-1073741819)

I have a problem with CCleaner not opening due to error message –
C\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner 64.exe – File system error (-1073741819).
I contacted both CCleaner forum and tech support – both replied that it was a Windows 10 problem and suggested sites to fix the problem.
Since this seems to be a Windows 10 problem, I wanted to know from Microsoft that suggested fixes were applicable.



Would you please advise Microsoft fix for this problem and/or confirm fixes suggested by CCleaner?

Sorry, the files I have are pdf files not jpeg so not able to attach files.

File system error (-1073741819) is a User Account error and has a surprising fix - by changing the Audio scheme.

Error Message -1073741819

Since installing Windows 10, I have tried to download a couple of things and get this error message System Error -1073741819.

After upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I started to get a
