    How to Fix Error Code 0xc0000098 ?


    I have error code 0xc0000098 and can’t get outBasically my computer has error code 0xc0000098. I cannot access recovery environment because whenever I press F1 it’s just a black screen and then goes back to the blue screen. Is there anything I can do to fix it ? And when i'm in safe mode to go to the advanced option i can't because i can't select. I got only one option and it's to go to the bios. I'm stuck on this blus screen. Thank you in advance for your reply !
