Windows 10: How to fix error code 39 for my audio?

I have been having issues with my audio recently and i would like to know how to fix it. I have been trying to fix this problem for a few days now by following things on windows support but nothing has worked for me. What i have already tried is uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, updating the drivers, and getting new drivers. The error codes are displayed below; Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. • Do you get same error codes in the Device manager too?
• Does this issue occurs in other hardware components like keyboard and mouse?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get same error when you connect your extenal hard drive to a different computer running Windows 10?

Hi, My Audio is not working, it says code 39 and so far everything I have tried hasn't helped.
