Windows 10: How to fix Error Event ID: 16, and/or 78?

Basically, my computer randomly freezes and the only way to resolve this issue is by hard resetting it with the physical power button. Note that audio still plays once the computer has frozen. There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason to the crashes, with some happening just minutes apart while others are hours apart, along with no specific application or app on the computer causing it.In Event Viewer, I'm seeing two notable Error messages that are repeated just before or after each crash. Those being Event ID 16 in the Windows Logs > System table, along with Event ID 78 in the Windows

Bluetooth fails to connect, Event ID 16

All devices fail to connect to bluetooth. In event viewer I see Event ID 16 for the BTHUSB source: The mutual authentication between the local Bluetooth adapter and a device with Bluetooth adapter address (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx) failed.

I've tried updating, rolling back, uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers, disabling/reenabling bluetooth via the bios, sfc /scannow, and cleaning the registry for the addresses listed. The bluetooth is integrated into the motherboard (ASUS ROG b550-f (Wi-Fi)), I've also used an external usb bluetooth dongle and am getting the same error....

I also tried everything listed in this forum thread here but to no avail.

I'm running win10 pro 21H2 x64.

 

WHEA-Logger Error with Event ID 16

Hi,

I just added a Maxsun 4070 Graphics card to my PC and it sometimes has WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR blue screen problem when I start my computer. It will automatically restart and log into Windows 11 with no problem. The event log shows it has WHEA-Logger Error with Event ID 16.

Samsung Sidesync Event ID 78

Samsung Sidesync keeps crashing on my Computer with a conflicting components error. In Event Viewer it is Source: SideBySide and Event ID 78. Tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling on both computer and phone. Also did a rollback on an Windows 10 Insider. It also gives me the same error on my Laptop. Any help would be appreciated.
