Windows 10: how to fix error windows script host , the error only pop up when charging the laptop

Windows Script Host, I can't fix it.

So I have been seeing Windows Script Host error popping many times since I got this laptop, saying it is disabled. Well I have no idea what it was but then I just tried steps shown by http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-script-host-access-is-disabled-on-this-machine
but the error still pops up everyday. What should I do now?

Hi everyone. I have an HP laptop, runs on Windows 10. I have only had this laptop for a couple years, and use it mostly for college. Recently, a host error message has been popping up, and I have no idea what it means. I haven't noticed a trend as to when
it pops up, since it pops up randomly. The message states:

Windows Script Host

Can not find script file

c:\programData\{03D6EB15-5354-3A93-E2D2-4A113250999F}\

1.9.3.1\fiber.js

Can anyone help me figure out what this is and what I need to do to fix this?
