Windows 10: How to fix ethernet "Unidentified Network" I've tried everything I've found on the internet

My ethernet seems to randomly disconnect after working for a while. The WiFi still works for me and all other devices in the house. The ethernet works for all other devices in the house except mine. I've tried switching ethernet cables multiple times, and they work for a few hours but eventually stop working and give the same "Unidentified Network" error. Additional information that may be helpful:- Airplane Mode is off- What DOES work sometimes is plugging ethernet into a different cable somewhere else in the house, and then coming back to my ethernet cable. This seems to be a temporary fix b

Hi FreeBooter, I already came across this article and followed the steps with no results, I came across other articles that suggested the same steps but still nothing has worked? Thanks for the reply.

Ethernet shows unidentified network, but internet works.


Strange issue that just started today. My Ethernet adapter shows unidentified network and none of my apps have internet access, however my web browsers work just fine. I am even making this post from the adapter that supposedly has no access. I have been searching around for a solution, but no problem seems similar to mine. Check out the screenshot below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
