Event Viewer Erro 'ESENT-455' since Update 1903

Andre & Philippe,

I want to thank both of you for your taking the time to assist me. I had already completed the repair upgrade as recommended by Andre, as it was becoming clear that my Administrator Account was corrupted and not functioning correctly following the 1903 update.
Following the ISO File download and install, was able to address the 'ESENT-455' error by creating the new files following the now permitted access to
C:\Windows\system32\ config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\ from the 'Run' command, and the 'ESENT-455' error has not reappeared.

So while the repair upgrade is fairly easy to accomplish, it is a rather lengthy process with my download speed
(I had done this before following the first 'Fall Creators Update,' Version 1704(?) due to the numerous issues that appeared following that update), and would have gladly tried Philippe's advice, had I seen it first. But I actually addressed a
much bigger issue with the Administrator Account being 'lost' following the 1903 update, while trying to solve the event viewer error 'ESENT-455'.

I just wish I could get through a major update, without having to repair it with a new Windows 10 Repair Upgrade ISO mount, the following day !

Event ID 455

Hi NancyK1104,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand your concern as you are getting an event ID 455 with Error -1023 (0xfffffc01). We would like to know the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
winver in Windows search/Run command) Also if you can let us know what are the troubleshooting steps performed on the PC.

Meanwhile, we would like you to perform these methods and check.

Method 1:

1. Press Windows + R key and launch
   Run command.
   
2. Copy and paste this path: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\
   
3. Click on Ok and then create a folder and name it
   TileDataLayer.
   
4. Open it then create another folder and name it
   Database.
   
5. Restart the PC and check.

Method 2:

1. Click on Start Menu and type CMD, right click on
   CMD icon and select Run as administrator.
   
2. In the Command Prompt window type the following command and press
   Enter after each command
   

• cd config\systemprofile\AppData\Local
  
• mkdir TileDataLayer
  
• cd TileDataLayer
  
• mkdir Database
  

3. Restart the PC and check

Method 3:

We would also suggest you to create a local user account with Administrator privilege on the PC and check if you are able to access the TileDataLayer folder. Refer this article to
