    How to fix every, single, program on my Windows 11 computer wont open.


    Recently my computer was stuck on the Welcome screen after inputting my PIN, now after a miracle happened and I managed to fix it, all my apps file explorer, settings, command prompt, discord, Chrome, everything will not open. I don't receive an error code or an error popup. Please ASAP help me.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Programs wont open

    On windows ten some programs will just open up and give me a error or open up then when ever I login or something it just wont open. I tried to fix my .exe in regedit with every tutorial but nothing fixed it that only fixed it so I can open them but they
    just give me a error I need help badly this is ruining everything I can barely use 45% of all of my programs.
