Windows 10: how to fix family safety problems?

I am the only one who is using this computer. I don't need family features. in one of the last logins, I got a message that "this needs a parent control" I am 58 years old. I clicked accept because I got no other way to proceed with log in. Since then, I can't use chrome, I get a message that family safety blocked it.in the family web page, I am the only "member" so I can't grant or deny permissions to myself see attachment.How do I get rid of this nonsense?
