Windows 10: How to fix frame drop 1 FPS in all games after Windows update??

Please help me!! I shut down my PC and it updated itself when booting back up. After it finished I tried to run my games and all of them experienced the same problem of frame drop going all the way to 1 FPS. I checked the history and all that was done was a Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H1. I tried updating all my drivers through Windows 10 settings and that didn't change anything. I'm so lost and I'm even reconsidering hard resetting my PC because of how it's running!!!

I installed the last update of windows and right now I have ALOT of drop frames and things.. and im not the only one.. is for everyone that did the update.. when it will be fixed? btw it's not from my pc.. is enough of good to run any game.. I have drop
frames .. before the update was everything ok.. rn with an GTX1080 I have drop frames and around 150 fps in sometimes, what should I do, when it will be fixed.. fr

 

Gaming FPS Drop/Stutter after recent Windows 10 update.

After this new years update, I noticed that my games have been getting frame drops and stuttering. I have a NVIDIA GEforce 1070 and I was able to run games such as CS:GO or League of Legends smoothly before the new year. However, after the recent Windows
10 update, my computer can't handle the games well. For example, League of Legends ran at 144 fps (I capped it there) and constantly ran at 144 fps before the new year. However, after the new year update, my League fails to consistently run 144 fps, drops
down to even 90 sometimes, and there is a lot of frame stuttering that is inhibiting my ability to play the game. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I managed to find some information that may be useful for you.

Method 1:

Unplug the Front Panel USB 3.0 connection to your motherboard. Check for FPS stutters or FPS drops. I know this is surprising but you may look at the forum below. This small step was able to fix the unwanted stutters and frame drops. Go to the recent comments.

You also mentioned that you changed your GPU fans, maybe you can doublecheck for some lose or damaged wire connections on your mobo, GPU, PSU causing these problems.
