Windows 10: How to fix Fullscreen games flickering on Intel UHD laptop?

I have this issue with fullscreen gamesWhile running windowed seem to work fine windows just really doesnt like fullscreen games and does thisThis happens with multiple games but in some dontAny help?

Fullscreen Programmes Flickering

Even when my refresh rate is 60HZ fullscreen programmes keep flickering ay to fix this because it really annoys me definitely while playing fullscreen GAMES please help me ASAP.

Also I have recently been experiencing random programmes closing unexpectedly please help.

 

Screen flickers when games played on full screen

Screen flickers when I play games on fullscreen, It's fine on windowed mode. I am having this problem since a year now, I have been using V-Sync feature on games as a bypass to this problem but there are new games which don't offer this feature, neither does the Intel Graphics Contorl Panel. Idk what changed last time, driver update, windows update, direct x update.. I've been looking for a fix but nothings working.
Specs: Laptop, Haier 7G-5H, Windows 10, i3 4010U, 6 GB RAM, Intel HD 4400.

Screen flickers black every few seconds when in fullscreen mode games

Hi all,

I recently upgraded my laptop to the Lenovo Legion Y520 with an i7-7700hq, a 1050 ti, intel hd 630, 256 gig ssd, and 2 Terabyte hard drive

I usually use an external monitor next to my laptop

I noticed that when in games, if i set it to Fullscreen the screen flickers black every few seconds

This is an extreme disadvantage to me as windowed borderless makes games less smooth and more clunky and drops frames

What I've tried:

Updating graphics drivers
