Windows 10: How to Fix Game Bar Capture Settings Crashing on Windows 11

I had this issue ever since I got a new laptop with Windows 11 pre-installed. After clicking on the Capture settings and the Settings app freezing for a while, it would sometimes open after a long while. But it was a pain because I had to do that EVRY time i turned on my PC and would often take several minutes. I had looked almost everywhere and couldn't find an answer, but stumbled upon this potential fix while scouring for anything that could be causing this strange behavior. Kindly follow the steps below that could possibly fix the issue.

Fix 1 : Enable game bar in settings

• Go to Settings
  
• Then click Gaming icon to continue.
  
• go to the Game Bar panel, make sure the option Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Gaming bar is on.

How to fix Xbox Game Bar Captures setting not showing options

I cannot start recording in xbox game bar and i try to enable it on settings but after i enable and exit settings and i go back again the setting is disabled again and in the captures tab there is nothing there and when i click the open folder settings just crash how do i fix it?

Settings app freezes when trying to access Capture Settings for Game Bar

I use Game Bar for recording videos and also capturing clips in multiple games. However, Game Bar's capture feature has been acting up recently and I tried opening the settings for it in order to adjust my recording settings. Whenever I use the settings app to open up Capture Settings, the entire app freezes and stops responding. I have not been able to reliably use Game Bar since I cannot change settings related to video capturing. I am currently using Windows 11.
