Windows 10: How to fix games crashing and whats the reason of it?

Hi i have a 7800x3d 4070 32gb 6400mhzb650 aorus elite ax850w 80+ gold corsairKingston nv2 1tb___________________________My main game is fortnite , and it crashes after a while that im in game, and its very consistent wich i crashed around 7 times in span of 2 hours, i tought the problem is fortnite so i tried other games like valorant and they crashed aswell, i did chck dsk command and there was no problem i reinstalled windows and still had the problem so i clean booted and problem still was there i updated every driver and gpu driverAnd i also talked to epicgames support and they provided

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
