Windows 10: How to fix hand writing input?

Hello,My Handwritten input is not working properly. Like sometimes when 9 am writing in the handwritten input bon the words are not entering. Eg: One Note , sometimes in chrome search box.So how do l improve it ?I will be really greatful if somebody help me out..Thank you.

Hand-writing input method in Win 10

I upgraded to Win 10 however my Chinese Writing Pad can not run in Win 10 even I updated the software. Before I use Win 7 and the writing pad do the good job. I live in HK and can anyone help to solve this problem. Further I can not find the hand-writing
input method in Win 10. Somebody said hand-writing input method can be found in the Language pack of Chinese (HKSAR) but I can not find it.

Anyways, is there ANY native support for handwriting recognition is WP8? I take a lot of notes in the field, and have been using the hand writing capabilities of windows phone 6.1, this is my first move to a new OS, and was expecting one note to
work with a sylus (on my phone) , however, I have scoured the net looking for answers to this simple question with no luck. I am not interested in a keyboard, as I can input my data much quicker with a stylus. It is starting to look like WP8 might not be what
I need after all...I am not looking for any cutesy drawing app, I would just like to be able to have the ability to switch my input to "ink" or writing recognition. If need be I will purchase an app that will allow me to select this feature, but again , no
luck yet finding such an app. Any help on this simple feature would be much appreciated.

Chinese hand writing input screen disappeared though it was working.

switch from Eng. to Chinese, I used to get a choice of input screens, hand writing input is one of them. now disappeared.
