    Windows 10 Compatibility for Lenovo Z580?

    If you look on Lenovo Support you'll find the Z580 has drivers available up to Windows 8.1 (x64). Machines that can run W8 usually have no trouble running W10.

    If you search eBay you'll find quite a few Z580s being supplied with Windows 10....

    You should have no problems upgrading to Win10, but as a precaution it's a good idea to make a system image before you try upgrading. Use something like Macrium Reflect Free.

    Also, Lenovo do NOT provide hardware drivers for Z580 (Ideapad) laptop - http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-z-series-laptops/ideapad-z580

    However, I would like to upgrade to Windows 10. Has anyone with a Lenovo Z580 already tried to upgrade to Windows 10 successfully?

    Yes i have tried upgrading my window But it was of complete waste as there many issues with that like my bluetooth was not detected . many apps like energy management , dolby etc doesn't work.. So i would advise you not to upgrade for now as lenovo hasn't
    release its driver upgrades..
