    Programs not working


    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Windows Defender quarantined some file of my game. I fixed it but now the games not running...: I installed hogwarts legacy on my device. It quarantined the EMP.dll, I restored it and found a way to permanently disable virus threat protection till I want. But now when I click the game icon, it doesn't do anything. I've even tried re-installing it a few times. But still...
