Windows 10: how to fix kernel data inpage error when gaming

hey people so whenever I load valorant or Minecraft or literally any game my PC just randomly freezes for 10 mins and blue screens saying the kernel data inpage error and when I restart the bios isn't detecting windows, i restart again it works but whenever I game it does the exact same thing,I used to use windows 11 but the technician said to downgrade and I did but it's **** crashingmy specs are Intel i5 10400and AMD Radeon rx580 8gbplz help

Bought a Lenovo laptop second a month or two ago and it's been crashing every couple days ago and displaying a blue screen with the error message KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR. Any idea what this means?
