Windows 10: How to fix Laptop from constantly freezing?

After perfectly fine use last night, Laptop suddenly doesn’t work: Can start-up properly, but can’t open any application and will freeze when attempted. I disconnected my monitor and managed to restart the laptop, but it still wouldn’t work. Just for safe measure, I used Start-up Repair but it didn’t do anything Probably wasn’t the right troubleshoot option for my problem.Relatively new Laptop, had hardware issues in the past but had it repaired by the manufacturers. No indication of this problem last night. Can’t check if it’s a virus because I can’t load my McAfee. Laptop model: Dell G16Ho

Windows 10 Constantly Freezes

Windows 10 on PC constantly freezes. I called support with no help. It freezes every 2-3 minutes. This is unacceptable and I don't know what to do. The Windows rep suggest that I could go back to Windows 8. I've had 10 for almost two months and I would
like to keep it; I just want it to stop freezing my PC. I have tried the various suggestions given to no avail, this is a Windows 10 problem. PLEASE HELP
