    How to fix laptop that kept freezing randomly.


    I have no idea why my laptop randomly freezes. As the title above-mentioned, my laptop randomly freezes and I tried almost everything to fix it. Last resort was to reset the pc while maintaining the files. But upon loading, it froze again. I use my laptop for work. And I really need help.     I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.

    Windows 10 freezes randomly


    Turning off fast startup helped with this issue for another user on a different forum. For newbies, see steps Windows 10 Freezes Randomly.
