Windows 10: How to fix LiveKernelEvent 144?

I'm not sure what has happened to my pc but I have been constantly freezing when I'm doing the most basic tasks. I could be on my desktop with no apps open and I crash within 30 minutes but I could be on YouTube and a game for 4 hours some days before I crash. when I crash it usually keeps all my pc fans and lights on with my monitors and Bluetooth connection still on but my keyboard and mouse disconnect. I usually have to forcefully hold the power button to turn it off and this would usually leave me with a problem event saying it was shutdown unexpectedly but this time I left it on the home
