Windows 10: How to fix loading screen locked on welcome

So I booted up my windows 10 up after a while and after I put In my pin it just shows my profile picture, my name, and the welcome text with the pending icon. I waited for an hour but it still did not log me in and stayed on the loading screen. Any help?

Long Loading Time for Lock Screen

I've tried all of the steps that you've given me. Unfortunately, none of them made a difference except for the clean boot step. It didn't completely solve the problem, however I did notice a
slightly faster load time for the lock screen. However, it still takes an unusually long time to load it. Any other suggestions?

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.
