How to fix Local Security Authority Process lsass.exe using so much memory and CPU?

Whenever I use my laptop Dell XPS 13 9300, Local Security Authority Process lsass.exe constantly uses a ton of my CPU and memory, to the point that my computer is always slowed down and the fans are constantly running at full speed. I'm currently running Windows 11, was running Windows 10 until recently and had the same issue. I also looked online for help with this issue but none of the posts I found's solutions solved the problem. What should I try to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    :)

Should lsass be using a large percentage of my CPU?

'Local Security Authority Process' is using over 25% of my CPU at times.

In case it's needed information, my CPU is listed as:

    'Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz, 2701 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)'

Is this something to worry about?

  4. How to fix Local Security Authority Process lsass.exe using so much memory and CPU?

svchost.exe / service host : local system ( network restricted ) high usage memory and CPU

When you open Task Manager a little bit, you’ll see that svchost.exe service host: local system (network restricted) is causing the problem of high CPU usage. To improve your Windows performance, and get rid of the high CPU usage, you
have to disable Superfetch service. Superfetch used to pre-load data from hard disk into RAM memory. So let's follow this steps.

Fix svchost.exe service host: local system (network restricted)
