Windows 10: How to fix messed up Windows 11 user name?

My brother bought a computer from BestBuy. He upgraded it to Windows 11. Most things were working fine, but something with headphones wasn't working. After playing with it for a while, he took it to BestBuy to have the Geek Squad look at it. They played with it a while and couldn't get it either so they told them they should totally reinstall Windows 11 from scratch If I had known they were suggesting that, I would have told him not to do it. So they said they backed everything up and I think they wiped the drive and reinstalled from scratch. Of course, they wiped out all his apps an

  Login to any account.

  Press Windows key+X.

  Click on Control Panel.

  Click on User accounts.
  
• 
  Your user account will show and below that it will show your local account or admin account.

  Once you know about the account type.
  
• 
  You can go to user account and change the name.
