Windows 10: How to fix Microsoft Store

Hi, I have problems with Microsoft Store and Xbox - they take forever to load, just spinning thing and that's it.





I tried using wsreset.exe, using windows troubleshooter, I have correct time, I resetted Microsoft Store in Settings, I don't have proxy enabled, I re-registered Microsoft Store and nothing helped me. I have no idea what to do now, literally same thing happens with xbox app. It was working some time ago.

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article

App store and Microsoft account

Thank you for the advice

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.
