Yes, I did restart my computer.Yes, everything is updated.No, I've never experienced issues like these before. But now they occur every 2-3 days as of a recent Microsoft update. hello,

i am trying to solve my problem after lots of unsuccessful responses and actions by Microsoft community assistants, so i am trying my luck here.

i am using GTX 960 m Nvidia along with Intel graphics 4600.

my screen crashes
(completely black screen only a mouse cursor with staggering movements
visible) randomly and after a force restart the notification shows up in the notification past:
"Windows Operation System has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware."
or "Shellexperience has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware."

• Recently i have stopped these crashes by uninstalling recent Intel HD graphics 4600 driver.
• Moreover I am able to use my PC without any problems, if I chooseMicrosoft Basic Display Adapter
  or completely uninstallingIntel HD graphics 4600 drivers. but then screen
  resolution distorts, etc. and it becomes unpleasant.

some solutions that i have tried in vain so far;

• reinstalling graphic drivers
• updating graphic drivers
• system File Checker And DISM Tools
• TDRDELAY on regedit
• completely formatted pc
• opened it up and cleaned fans processor fans and checked if anything is wrong like overheating
• tried beta driver for intel series Beta_15.40.26.64.4474

but the problem still persists....

• with an older driver win64_15407.4279 I get the less error so i am using this to be able to play PC games but still get the error 4-5 times a day.

5 or 6 times windows assistants connected to my PC and tried nearly the same thing in vain.

they just simply uninstall and then reinstall the latest graphic card drivers and the same problem goes on.

PS: I have edited and sum up the post to clarify the issue.
