Windows 10: How to fix Minimun Runtime Issue

So I have had steam for a while now, and I haven't played games on it very much, but recently I bought a game from steam, and It downloaded. However, the main issue is when I try and launch the game. It says something about Microsoft Visual C++2022 X64 Minimum Runtime. And I apparently don't have it, so It asked me to download it, and when I tried, it wouldn't let me. So I want to know how to fix this issue. I've tried to download other Visual C++ files, but that didn't help, my specs and everything Is more then enough to run the game. That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Step 1.

Check if you experience the issue in ‘Safe mode’; if safe mode works fine then set the computer to ‘Clean boot’ state to check software conflicts.

Method 2.
For issue "your computer is low on memory.

I would suggest you to delete unwanted data and software and check


Method 3. For issue “Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

I would suggest you to Uninstall and reinstall of Visual C++ Libraries and check if that helps.

You can uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and check if it helps.

Step (1): To uninstall the package:

a. Go to the Control Panel then Open Programs and Features.

b. From the list, find Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and click on it.

c. Right click on it and select Uninstall

d. Restart the computer.

Method 4. For Flashing screen issue.

I would suggest you to uninstall and install latest graphics drivers from manufacturer website and check.

If it doesn't work then to stop the screen from flashing I would suggest you to follow the below steps.


Step 1: Open Task Manager. You can do this by hitting ctrl+alt+delete and selecting Task Manager from the list that appears.

Step 2: In the top left corner, hit “File” and select “run new task” from the drop down menu.

Step 3: Type “msconfig” into the box.

Step 4: A new box will open. In this new box, select the Service tab.

Step 5: Scroll through the list and search for “problem reports and solutions control panel support” and “windows error report service.”

Step 6: Disable the two items by clicking the checked box beside them. The check should disappear.

Step 7: Click Apply, then click OK.

Step 8: You may be prompted to restart your computer. This is not necessary, but definitely recommended.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check:

Step 1:

2. Go to Programs and Features.

3. Locate
Microsoft Visual C++ in the list of installed programs.

4. Click
Microsoft Visual C++, and then click Uninstall.



Step 2: Download and then install the latest Visual C++ runtime. To do this, follow these steps:
