Windows 10: How to fix multiple monitor bug?

Simply put, 3 monitors, all Samsung products. About 2 updates ago, my monitors have been having some weird occurrences where they main one will flicker off and switch to a different monitor with no reason and sometimes it will revert back on its own while other times, I need to unplug the monitor. It appears that it may be an issue with detection. Currently all monitors work accordingly. It is very random and happens mostly when using the main monitor. Monitors are: Main- S34J55x, second and third- S24D300, S24F350. See attached configuration.

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Extended Desktop mouse bug on multiple monitors

When using multiple monitors with Windows 10, there is a bug on extended desktop: the mouse pointer does not pass from one monitor to another if it is on the top or bottom of the screen. If it is a few pixels down from the top, there is no problem.

The bug is disturbing when one window is maximised on the left monitor and sometimes , after trying to acces the right monitor (as the mouse did not pass on the right side monitor) if you click, the left monitor window will be closed (the X button is in
top right corner, like the stucked mouse pointer ...)

The problem is present on several HW configurations (DELL, HP, ...) with Win10 version 1803 17134.984.

Issues while installing a second monitor in Windows 10

Really? I get a canned answer and nothing else? I posted that I had tried everything that I could find posted online. I did read the post that Andre suggested multiple times prior to posting this request for help. None of it helped.

My computer does not recognize that there is a second monitor is plugged in. The small step of changing the settings so I can put stuff on the second monitor ISN'T the issue. I am not that dumb. in the device manager there is only the single monitor listed
at one point there was a unknown device listed but my computer did not know if it was a monitor or a printer.

There has to be someone out there that knows how to fix this
