Windows 10: How to fix my batter settings in order to unlock some sign-in options features?

I can't change my sign in settings due to battery settings. I cannot change the amount of time until Windows locks me out of my account to more than one minute due to my battery settings. It says "Your PC's power settings are preventing some options from being shown". I am currently running Windows 11 Insiders Beta Preview on my system. How do I fix this? I already tried solutions from the Internet and from other related questions in Microsoft Community, but none of them worked.

• Open Settings > System, and select Apps & features from the left side.
• Click on the Manage optional features link.
• To remove an app or a feature, select the feature and click on the Uninstall button.

If you use OPTION ONE or step 2 in OPTION TWO, it won't be listed twice, but it won't include the sort order fix.

If you use step 3 in OPTION TWO, it will be listed twice, but will include the sort order fix.

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.
