    How to fix my d3d11 problem with fortnite?


    I use a swift go 14, it went smoothly at first but then my computer suddenly restarted and then the d3d11 problem came. Can someone please help me?

    Fortnite d3d11 error

    When I try to play Fortnite I have this d3d11 error I have 8gb ram i5 2500 and an ATI Radeon hd 4800 series can someone help me also I think this error pops up because I have feature levels 10.2 and direct x 12 and Fortnite needs 11.0 feature levels how can I get 11.0 feature levels??

    Do you have any graphics card on this PC?

    On the Start Menu, type dxdiag and press enter. Please send a screenshot of the Display tab

    The processor has integrated graphics but this integrated graphics (Intel HD 2000) does not support DirectX 11, and it is needed to run Fortnite.

    That's why you're seeing this d3d11 (DirectX 11) compatible GPU message
