Windows 10: How to fix my dual monitors

I have a dual monitors set up in the orientation of one being land scape and another portrait on the left but recently somthing has happened and my orientation is showing like this: as you can see one display is being stretched across both screen however even in the display settings it doesn't detect 2 monitors. I've deleted my GPU drivers and re installed them which seems to fix it however when I opened the game valorant my computer goes back to this orientation and I have to delete and re install the drivers again, I'm using an amd 5500 xt gpu and amd 5 2600 cpu

Dual monitor, Dual mouse??

• How have you setup dual monitors?
• Are you referring to use 2 different mouse/keyboard with the dual monitor setup?

If yes, the mouse or keyboard may function same as one another. Since, it has to be connected to single PC/tower.

However, setting up 2 different mouse/keyboard with the Dual- monitor setup, it may not function separately for each monitor.
