Windows 10: How to fix my keyboard and mouse after minor update

So my windows 10 pc was updating regularly, and as it was updating my brother turned off the computer. The keyboard and mouse are not registering to my pc. the ports work, the keyboard and mouse work, and they even glow up when connect to the pc. the pc just wont Receive the commands such as typing and clicking. I cant sign in bc my keyboard and mouse are not working. i dont have any idea what to do anymore.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
